Prior to returning to private practice, I served as Arizona’s Registrar Contractors under Governor Janet Napolitano. While Registrar, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Orr on the tenant improvements and build out of our Kingman office in October 2007. During that experience, all interactions between my office, my architect and Mr. Orr as the general contractor were always professional, pleasant and productive. Mr. Orr handled change orders, disagreements, and/or adjustments to the plans amicably, cost efficiently, and worked with all involved, including local building officials, to find quick resolution and consensus.
